At C.B. Warren’s Auto Care in Oromocto, NB, automotive service isn’t just what we do. It’s something that has shaped our family and our lives for generations. What started decades ago has grown into a modern, trusted repair facility built on experience, hard work, and a genuine commitment to the people we serve.
Our roots in the automotive industry go back to 1969, when current owner Shawn Warren’s father first opened the original family shop. That foundation carried through many years of service to the community until 2015, when a devastating fire brought that chapter to an unexpected end. Rather than stepping away from the trade, Shawn’s brother rebuilt, creating a new, state-of-the-art facility and continuing to serve both long-time and new customers.
Over time, that rebuilt shop grew its reputation and customer base, becoming a trusted name in the region. Eventually, as life and career paths shifted, an opportunity for new ownership arose. In December 2025, Shawn stepped in, and C.B. Warren’s Auto Care entered its next chapter.
A Lifelong Connection to the Industry
While this is the first time ownership has been fully taken on, the automotive world has always been familiar territory for the Warren family. Shawn grew up around the shop, which meant learning how things work from the ground up, watching, helping, and being part of day-to-day operations whenever possible.
That hands-on exposure carried forward into a professional career that included managing an automobile dealership, followed by several years in advertising and marketing sales. Helping out in family-run shops over the years also kept that practical experience sharp, reinforcing Shawn’s deep understanding of both vehicles and the people who depend on them.
After spending so much time around automotive businesses and understanding both the technical and customer-facing sides, stepping into ownership felt like the right opportunity at the right time, according to Shawn.
Today, C.B. Warren’s Auto Care carries forward that legacy while building something new. The focus is on combining traditional values, honesty, reliability, and hard work, with modern tools, equipment, and automotive service standards that today’s vehicles require.
